K Treasure is a mobile application developed and operated by Aarvis Labs ("Aarvis Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). K Treasure may provide user accounts, posts, chats, in-app features, advertising-supported features, in-app rewards, and paid subscriptions or purchases.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the K Treasure mobile application, our backend/API services, and the related services used to provide K Treasure.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use K Treasure and which features you choose to use.
2.1 Account and authentication information
When you create or access an account, we may process information associated with your account, such as your name, email address, profile information, authentication identifiers, and information provided through supported sign-in methods, including Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
2.2 User-generated content
If K Treasure allows you to create posts, listings, messages, chats, comments, images, or other content, we process the information you choose to submit so that we can provide those features to you and other users.
2.3 Purchase and subscription information
If you purchase a subscription or other in-app product, we may process information necessary to identify and manage your purchase, such as your app user identifier, product identifier, subscription status, transaction or purchase identifiers, purchase history, entitlement status, and relevant dates.
Payments made through Google Play are processed by Google Play. Aarvis Labs does not need to receive or store your full payment-card number to provide Google Play purchases.
2.4 Advertising and device information
When advertising services are used, advertising and device-related information may be processed by advertising providers. Depending on your device, consent choices, and applicable settings, this may include advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, operating system, app information, ad interaction information, and diagnostic or performance information.
2.5 Rewarded-ad information
When you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, information necessary to validate the ad event and provide the applicable in-app reward may be processed. This can include an application user identifier, server-side verification information, ad unit information, reward amount/type, transaction or event identifiers, and related timestamps or metadata.
2.6 Technical and security information
We may collect or receive technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve K Treasure. This may include device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, network information, identifiers, timestamps, logs, and information about errors or crashes.
3. How We Receive Information
We may receive information:
- Directly from you when you create an account or use K Treasure.
- When you submit posts, messages, listings, or other content.
- From authentication providers such as Firebase Authentication.
- From Google Play when processing or verifying in-app purchases.
- From RevenueCat when managing subscription and entitlement information.
- From Google Mobile Ads / AdMob when advertising features are used.
- Automatically through Firebase and other technical services used by the app.
- From our backend/API services when requests are made by the application.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create and manage K Treasure accounts.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Provide posts, listings, chat, messaging, and other app functionality.
- Process and validate subscriptions and other purchases.
- Maintain user plan and entitlement status.
- Provide and validate rewarded-ad experiences and in-app rewards.
- Display and measure advertising where permitted by applicable law and your consent choices.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
- Monitor app performance and diagnose crashes or technical problems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and secure K Treasure.

5. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
K Treasure may use Google AdMob and related Google Mobile Ads technologies to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.
Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, app information, ad requests, ad impressions, and interactions. The information processed and whether advertising is personalized can depend on your device settings, applicable law, and your consent choices.
K Treasure may offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide an in-app reward after the applicable advertising event is successfully completed and verified. Rewards are subject to the rules and limits displayed in the app.
Where required, K Treasure uses consent-management functionality to allow users to make choices about advertising and privacy.

6. Firebase Services
K Treasure uses Google Firebase services to support parts of the application. Depending on the services enabled in the app, these may include Firebase Authentication and Firebase Crashlytics.
Firebase Authentication
Firebase Authentication may process identifiers and account information required to authenticate you and maintain your account. For example, Google Sign-In may provide account information to the authentication service when you choose that sign-in method.
Firebase Crashlytics
Crashlytics may automatically collect crash-related information, including stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, and an installation identifier, to help us identify and fix crashes and improve application reliability.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases
K Treasure may offer paid subscriptions and other in-app products through Google Play.
Subscription management may use RevenueCat to manage purchase information, subscription status, products, entitlements, and related app-user identifiers. RevenueCat may receive information such as the user's app identifier, device information, Google purchase information, and purchase history as necessary to provide its services.
We use this information to determine whether an account has access to applicable K Treasure features, such as subscription tiers and other paid functionality.
Google Play handles payment processing for purchases made through Google Play. Your payment method details are subject to Google's terms and privacy practices.

9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide K Treasure, maintain accounts, provide purchases and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Some information may remain for a limited period after account closure where necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Communications between the K Treasure application and our backend services are intended to use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Access to systems and data is restricted according to operational requirements.
No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use a strong password where applicable and protect access to your device and account.
11. International Data Transfers
Aarvis Labs and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include:
- Requesting access to personal information we hold about you.
- Requesting correction of inaccurate information.
- Requesting deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

- Objecting to certain processing where legally applicable.
- Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.

13. Account and Data Deletion
If K Treasure provides an in-app account deletion feature, you may use that feature to request deletion of your account and associated information.
If an in-app deletion feature is not available, you may contact us using the address in the Contact Us section and request deletion of your account and personal information.
We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, complete transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, maintain security, or otherwise comply with applicable law.
14. Children's Privacy
K Treasure is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in a manner that violates applicable law, please contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required.
